This season the Hagerstown Suns will look to settle the Donald Trump & Rosie O'Donnell feud once and for all.
On Friday, May 11th the Suns will host Donald vs. Rosie Night at the ballpark. Fans will be able to cast their vote prior to the game for the celebrity they feel is superior to their rival. To vote fans will need to purchase a pink ribbon commemorating our Breast Cancer Awareness weekend celebration. All the proceeds will go to a local Breast Cancer Awareness organization. Both stars have the ability to make an appearance at the ballpark or offer incentives encourage voters.
'Like most of America, our fans are really caught up in this feud and want to see it resolved,' said Suns Assistant General Manager C.J. Johnson. 'Fans can help raise money for a wonderful charitable organization while voting for their favorite mega-star.'
The Suns will take on the West Virginia Power at 6:35 p.m. The Suns will celebrate celebrity feuds throughout the game with trivia featuring such historical celebrity clashes as Paris Hilton vs. Nicole Ritchie, David Letterman vs. Oprah and Tupac vs. Notorious B.I.G. Barbara Walters will be formally invited to announce the final results prior to the first fireworks show of 2007 following the game.
